Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Haley is the newest addition to our team. Haley meets with every patient at their initial visits, and helps them become acquainted with the office. She also helps coordinate initial visits, and assists the patient in finding the best treatment option for them. Haley is also responsible for most of our marketing, and works hard to make sure we are supporting our community! Out of the office, Haley enjoys photography and spending time with her husband, Steven and son, Eli.

Nikki Reed- Orthodontic Assistant- Nikki has been with the practice since we first opened in July of 2008. Nikki is a certified orthodontic assistant, who is in charge of making sure the clinic runs smoothly and on time. Nikki also makes sure all the patients enjoy their time while in the clinic. When not at work, Nikki loves to read books and relax with friends and boyfriend. She also really enjoys coming up with new funky designs for her nails and toenails.

Ashley has been with the practice since opening the doors in 2008. Ashley handles many of the day to day administrative function of the practice. Most of what Ashley does is “behind the scenes,” she plays a critical role of the office running smoothly. Ashley, at one point or another, has preformed all the clerical/administrative duties. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, Dr. Soni and daughter, Neela, and she enjoys playing tennis.

Lanae has been with the practice since March 2009. She is the first face you will see when you come into the office, and most likely the voice you will hear when you call the office. Lanae assists patients with appointment scheduling, and works hard to secure convenient times for patients to be seen. Lanae also coordinates insurance benefits. Lanae also tries to ensure there is always a fun atmosphere in the office. Out of the office, Lanae enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend. Lanae also enjoys reading, basking in the sun, and watch Georgia football!
